The concept and details of the project were developed by the cult British architect Sir Norman Foster, winner of the Imperial and Pritzker Prizes. Norman Foster is the author of the projects: Wembley Stadium, Millennium Bridge in London, Torre Caja in Madrid, City Hall and Mary Ex in London, Hurst Tower in New York, Hong Kong Airport. The complex opened on August 14, 2014.
Mriya Resort & SPA opened its doors on August 14, 2014, offering its guests 425 premium rooms: 360 DeLuxe rooms (up to 38 m2), 36 Family Suite rooms (up to 78 m2), 12 Royal suites (up to 192 m2). The complex can also provide guests with 17 villas in a separate area: 2 President villas (618 m2), 12 Family villas (196 m2) and 3 Premium villas (1000 m2).
